CREATING A SUSTAINABLE AND COLLABORATIVE ECOSYSTEM FOR A THRIVING TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY IN NIAGARA FALLS

Hotels have always been vibrant spaces where people gather, connect, and build communities. Together, we create memorable experiences, foster economic vitality, and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.

Discover what lies beyond the boundaries of our industry. At NFCHA, we're exploring emerging trends in travel and beyond with our tourism and hotel initiatives in Niagara Falls, Canada. We believe that tourism and hospitality are integral parts of a larger ecosystem. By working together with businesses, government agencies, and community groups, we enhance growth opportunities for our local communities.

Our industry is about strategically bringing visitors and empowering the people delivering it – by helping them understand and respond to guest needs. We’re also sharing that know-how with others in our networks so that we can all deliver on the promise of Niagara Falls as the ultimate destination.

We’re reclaiming our traditional role as the tourism gateway because guests want great local experiences, we’re looking for new ways to connect them with the larger community. Our attention extends beyond the confines of our hotels, embracing the vibrant world that exists beyond their walls.

By understanding emerging trends, getting better at telling our story, and reclaiming our traditional role as the gateway to the community, we’re helping to build a stronger hotel industry and tourism & hospitality network that benefits all hotels and the tourism industry.
